Returns

Return eligibility depends on the items in your order. Custom products are not eligible for a return such as memory quilts, bears and pillows.  

Damages

Please inspect your plant trellis order when you receive it and contact me immediately if an item is damaged, or if you received the wrong item.  Please send me a photo of the damage.
